  owne oath tht there is dew unto him out of the estate of Richard
  Moore the sum of one hundred & thirtie pounds of Tobb This Court

    Wheareas John Slaughter hath made it appeare to ths Court tht
  there is dew unto him out of the estate of Robert dunn eight hundred
  pounds of Tobb This Court doth order tht present paymt be made out
