    Edward swettnam sworne deputy shirriff & the Comrs hath ap- Liber C
   pointed him to be Cryer of the Court

    It is ordered tht Thomas Arnoll the sonn of Lawrence Arnoll doe
   liue with Michaell Miller untill the sd Thomas come to the age of
   one & twenty yeares old the said Michaell Miller ingageing in open
   Court to puide for the said Childe soe tht he shall not be troublesome
   to any.

    It is ordered by this Court tht Ruth & Edward Joanes orphants
   of Edward Joanes late of kent Iland decd doe live with John &
   Matthew Erreckson untill such time as the Court shall see cause
   to dispose of them else where.

    It is ordered by this Court tht Jno & Phillip Coppidge doe liue
   wth William Rawles

    Elizabeth Hudson Admxt of Richard Hudson cometh into Court
   & acknowledgeth Judgmt unto mm Henry Hosier for seaven hundred
   & sixty poundes of Tobb, the Tobb: being dew to an orphant of
   Thomas Phillips The wch ths Court doth Order the said Elizabeth
   Hudson to pay to the sd mr Henry Hosier else Exqcon

    Wheareas mr Thomas Marsh hath made it appeare to ths Court
   tht there is dew unto him out of the estate of Edward Joanes the
   full sum of sixteene hundred fowerteene pounds of Tobb This Court
   doth order tht present paymt be made out of the estate by the Admrs
   els Execucon

    Wheareas Michaell Miller hath made it appeare to ths Court tht
   thre is dew unto him out of the estate of Edward Joanes the suth of
   two hundred & fifty three pounds of Tobb This Court doth order
   tht prseflt paymt be made out of the estate by the Admrs else Execucon

   of Thomas Phillipps doe live with Wittim Harris untill she be Eight
   eene yeares old or to the day of her Marriage wheather of the sd
