           Liber C  torny The plt hath made her debt appeare in open Court to be six
               hundred seaventy five poundes of Tobb, is dew unto her from
               the dft This Court doth order tht an Attachmt shall issue out agst
               the debts Goodes & Chattles of the Ingram for the aboue debt
               with Costes of sute, &c.

           order Wheareas John Darby hath made it appeare to ths Court by his
               owne oath tht thre is dew unto him out of the estate of Walter spencer
               Ninety three poundes of Tobb, This Court doth Order tht prsent
               paymt be made out of the estate by the Exrs els Execucon

           Ord Wheareas John Dabh hath made it appeare to ths Court by his
               owne oath tht thre is dew unto him out of the estate of Walter spencer
               one hundred & five pounds of Tobb, This Court doth order tht prsent
               paymt be made out of the estate by the Executors else Execucon

                It is Ordered by this Court tht sarah Burton doe liue with Francs
               Ashbury & the sd Ashbury is to giue her after the rate of five hundred
               pounds of Tobb p Aññ likewise the Court doth Order tht Richd Moore
               doe deliuer unto Frances Ashbury the stock of Cattle tht are dew unto
               sarah Burton & upon refusall the Court doth Order tht the sd Moore
               be sumoned unto the next Court.

                Elizabeth Hudson peticoned to ths Court & desired tht the Comrs
               would be pleased to bestaw something of her towards the releife of
               her Children; & for her trouble & keepeing of Robert Bartrum six
               weeks This Court doth order tht the sd Elizabeth Hudson shall have
               three hundred pounds of Tobb: mr Henry Hosier Ingageing to niake
               pTnt pay of the sd three hundred pounds of Tobb, & to receiue it the
               next yeare when the Leavys is made upp

              Christopher Andrewes by the plt sewes the dft for seaven hun-
                George Oldfeild his Attö plt dred & forty two pounds of Tobb
              Jno Wright by Michaell    dew to the plt for drinke sold the dft
                Miller his Attorny dft by retaile after the mannr of an Or
               dinary Contrary to an Act of Assembly providing tht noe Ordinary
               keeper is to trust a freeman aboue a hogshed of Tobb except he be
               a free holder This Court doth grant a non sute agst the dft &c.

               mr Tobyas Wells dft appeareing by him self nor his At
               torny the dft Craves a nonsute the wth ths Court doth Grant with
               Costes of sute else Execucon;
