                estate of Henery Canine for 100lb of tob For a cure done upon the
                Carlin by way of surgerie, the sd Cure beeinge a shott, through on
                of his thighes
                        The depossission of mr ward tacken in the prsents of the
                        Court Aged 49 yers or theare abouts sworne exam &
                        saith
                         That hee the sd ward pformd a Cure upon the sd
         mr wards Depossition Carline for the wch Cure is Justly due 400lb of tot the
                        wch tot yor deponent often demanded of the sd Carline
                        & doth further depose tht hee hath Rec no part or psell

           8 mo 55 his Crope for a debt of 360lb of tot and proued his debt

                 The debt beinge proued the Court doth order that the sd valerus
                Leo shall macke prsent paymt to the sayd mT Morgan of the 360lb
                of tot in Caske with Court Charges els Execution

                 rnr Wm Eliot hauinge mad his Complaint tht Henery Carlyne had
                Cloth & other thinges of his in his Custodie and Caried the sd goods
                with him out of the puince to the value of 388lb of tot and by his
                oth Confirmes the same
                        The depossition of mr Wm Eliot tacken in Court aged
                        34 yeares or thereaboutes sworne examined & sayth;
                         That mr Carlin had Cloth & other thinges of him to
         mr Eliots A Depssition the value of 388w of tot wheareof yor deponent hath
                         Rec no part or psell, nor any satisfaction in lue of any
                         part theareof & further sayeth not

                       36 years or theareabouts sworn Examined & saith That
                      theare is due to him upon a Just & true acc° from Hen
         m Hinson Depossition .
