     Gabriell Cox aged 28 yeares or there abouts Liber C
     Sayeth that one new yeares day last Will Dauis came to Mt Francis
    Pyne demanding of him helpe to huske his corne W Pyne answred
    that he should haue one to helpe him Mt Pyne desired the same
    Dauis to goe to his Man Cristopher for one gallowne of sider where
    uppon I saw him noe more until1 Robt Boise came in & called to one
    Bartholomew & desired him to come forth for the sd Wit! Dauis and
    Cristopher ware fallen out whereuppon I did see them one the ground
    then Cnistopher came in & his lip was bloudy & Will Dauis went
    away & Further sayeth not        Gabriell Coxe

     The Deposition of Abraham Holse aged about 23 yeares
     Sayeth that one Will Hodges a marchant came to John Win
    chesters & stayed there a month wanting 2 dayes & tooke John Win
    chesters Gun out & broke the steele

    William Dauis dft found the dft craues an abatement of the writt

     Whereas Tho: Cole hath made appeare that theme is due unto him
    out of the Estat of John Vicaris deceased Eight hundred & twelfe
    pounds of tobacco by bill & three hundred & fifty pounds of tobacco
    by accoumpt this Cort doth order that present paymt be made out of
    the sd Estate, Else exeqcon

    Rich Harington dft Judgmt for three hundred eighty & one pounds
    of tobacco the wich this Cort doth order shall be payd unto the plt
