           Liber C  Constitute and Ordaine my Loueing Frinde Robert Dunn of the Is
               land of Kent in the Prouince of Maryland gent: my true & Law full
               Attorney for me & in my name & stead and to my use to receive such
               some or somes of tobacco that is or may Come due to me upon the
               Island of Kent in the Prouince aforesd whether by bills Bonds or
               accoumpts or any other wise may become due unto me from any
               pson or psons whatsoeuer in the afforesd County and for default of
               payment to sew arest Attach Condemne & Imprisson the sd debters
               And theyer bodyes goods & Chattells in exeqcon to take, And out
               of exeqcon to deliuer either upon sattisfaccon or upon Compoci
               con or other ways att the will & pleasure of my said Attorney: Acc
               quittances or other discharges in my name to seale & deliuer: Attor
               ney or Attorneys one or more under him to make substitute & reuoke
               & to doe or Act or exeqt whatsoeuer act or thinge shall be needfull
               or expedient in & about the prmisses & all other things to doe or
               cause to be dunn as fully ampley and in as large a mannor to all
               intents & purposses as if I the sd John Steuenson might doe my selfe
               if I were there psonally Present Ratiffleing Constituting & alloweing

               beloued Frinde Mr Robert Dunn of the County of Kent to be my
               Law full Attorney for me & in my name stead & place to Aske & de
               mand all debts which is due unto me on bills or accoumpts and upon
               nonpayment, then doe I here Further Impower my Law full Attorney
               to sew & arrest & imprisson and to release as he shall see meete an
               discharge as if I. were there in presence, And what my sd Attorney
               shall doe in my absence, I shall Confirme as if my selfe were there in
