Kent County Court Proceedings, 1668-1671.291 Wheras Francis Pyne March hath Peticofl to this Court, for the Liber C Reneweing of An exeqcon which his Predecesor Capt John Vicaris [fol. 38] obtayned agt Petter Seale: the which exeqcon, being neuer Leuyed: this Cort doth Ordr that the sd Exeqcon be Continued agt the Estate of the said Seale Lately Deceased, by the sd Francis Pyne Costs of sute: &c: Execucon Issued the 29th of July 1670: W Robert Dunn Recordeth a blacke Cow Calfe, Giuen by him unto Elizã: the daughter of Henry Carter marked as followeth: Cropt on the Right eare: wth a Crop & a square on the Left eare: To be and rernayne unto the sd Elizabeth Carter with all the Futur Fernall Increase for euer: Henry Carter Recordeth his marke of Cattell & hoggs for the Futher as Followeth: Cropt & a square upon the Right Eare: With a Crop upon the Left Eare Valentine Sutherin Presenteth to this Court an accournpt of the Cattell that are in his posseshon, belongeing unto Mary Seale, daugh ter unto Petter Seale, Late of this County deceased, as folioweth: three Cowes and Two Calues, One two yeare old Heifer And two yearlings: wch he the sd Sutherin is to giue bond wth securyty &c: This Court doth Ordr that what goods are Knowne, to belonge unto William Lyppins Late of this County deceased, be all brought to the house of Mr Thomas Osborne, And that they be sould aft an out Cry on satterday Corn Forthnight being the 16th day of July next: that the said goods be not Imbesselled nor made away &c: This Court hath appoynted a Generall metteing to be at the house of Richard Nash by x of the a Clock, And there to deuid the estate that the Children of the Deceased Mr Richard Blunt may be known from theyer mother in Laws: according to the Last will & testemt of the sd Mr Rich: Blunt: &c: It being apoynted & ordred to bee upon the xvith day of July next Edward Browne Cunstable of the upr hundred, hath this day prsented Francis Shembrooke for haueing of a bastard Contrary to the Law both of God & man: the Father thereof being not Knowne therefor this Court ordr her to be brought to the next Court to rec: Punishmt according to Law Att A Metten att the house of Richard Nash the July 1670: Mr Robert Dunn Mr Wiff Head Present Mr Morgan Williams Mr Tho: Osborne Comishonrs Mr Matt: Reade Mr John Wright |
