   Mr Francis Pyne Plantf   In an accon of Debt: the defendt
     by Mr Robert Burle his Att: acknowledgeth Judgment For Two
   Thomas Ringgold Defendt thousand seauen hundred & seau
   enty pounds of tobacco, which this Court doth Ordr him to pay to the
   Plantf with Costs of sute: else exeqcon

   Thomas Ringgold Plantf In an accon of the Case: The plantf [fol. 37]
   Samuell King Dëfendt Peticon for an ox that the defendt had
   Caused to bee Killed & Appraysed, The which beast the Plntf did
   Proue to be his owne: Therefor this Court doth Ordr the Defendt
   to pay to the Plantf Fower hundred pounds of tobacco, according
   to the Appraysmt wth Costs of sute: else exeqcon

   John Steuens Plantf: In an accon of trespas upon the Case,
   Jacob Johnson by Mr Jo: The Plantf Peticons for two Cowes, the
     Keeley his Att Defent one wth a Calf e by her syde & the other
   bige wth Calfe, the Deft tooke from Mr William Heads Planta
   eon, wthout any Lawfull deliuery, And driueing them the one being
   Lost the others in his Posseshon: The wch the Plantf proueing, this
   Court doth ordr that the defendt Pay thre hundred pounds of tobacco
   for the Cow that was Lost, to the Plantf: wth Costs of sute: And
   allsoe that hee make prsent deliuery of the Other Cow & Calfe in his
   posseshon unto the Plantife: &c

     Mr William Head Recordeth A blacke Pyed heifer, giuen by him
   unto Ruth the daughter of Edward Joanes, marked as Followeth,
   Cropt a hole in the Right eare, with a peece taken away under
   the Left eare in forme of an underkell, the sd beast wth all her fu
   ther Feamall increase to be and remayne unto the sd Ruth J oanes
   & her heires for euer

     Ann the wife of Richard Nash Came into this Cort And Confirmed
   A Former Gift of hers in her former husbands Life: Mr Richard
   Blunt of a heifer by her giuen unto Abell the sonn of John Maggis
   son marked as followeth: an ouer keele & under keele on the Left
   eare with three Crosse slitts Cutt into the underside of the Right
   eare, to be and Remayne unto the sd Abell Maggisson, wth all her
   femall increas for euer

     Samuell Kinge this day Sworne Cunstable for the Lower hundred
   of Kent County

     Bee it Knowne unto all men by these prsents that I Francis Pyne
   of the Citty of Bristoll Marchant haue made Ordained Constituted
