284Kent County Court Proceedings, 1668-1671.
Liber C deceased Two hundred & tenn pounds of tobacco This Court doth
order that prsent payment be made by the Administrator: else exeqcon
Whereas Mris Mary Vicaris hath made appeare that there is due
unto her out of the Estate of John Winchester Late of this County
deceased Fiue hundred Fifty and Fiue pounds of tobacco: This Court
doth order that prsent payment be made out of the Estate: Else
exeqcon:
Wheras Mr Johnathan Sybrey hath made appeare by oath that
there is due unto him out of the Estate of Thomas Hill Late of this
County deceased Eight hundred pounds of tobacco This Court doth
ordr that prsent payment be mad out of the sd Estate: Else exeqcon:
this 21th day John Wailton Recordeth his mark as Followeth: A Cropp on the
February 1669 Right eare: And a Square peece taken out of the under side of the
Left eare:
this 24th day Richard More Recordeth his marke as Followeth, A Cropp and
February
1669 two shtts on the Right Eare, And A Square under the left eare:

in mariage without Further Publicacon Giuen under my hand & scale

March the Isaac Burgger Recordeth his marke as Followeth: A Cropp & a
5tb slitt on the Left Eare: And an under square a nicke in the topp of
the square on the Right Ear
Know all men by these prsents that I George Deare sonn of John
Deare doe by these Freely Accquitt and discharge the Comishonrs
of the County of Kent of Tenn head of Cattell which by order of
Court was in the Possescon of John Winchester Senr Late of this
County Deceased in the Prouince of Maryland the which Cattell I
Doe Acknowledge by these prsents to haue Receiued And I doe
Further Ingage my self e that the said Comishonrs shall be Freely
accquitted and Discharged by mee and from mee my heires exeqtors
Administrators and Assignes In Wittnes whereof I haue hereunto
sett my hand and Seale this xiith day of March 1669/70
