                 Whereas Samuell King was suthoned to this Cort to giue in an
               acoumpt of the Estate of Mr Nicho Pickard deceased, the sd King not
               haueing his accpt ready the Cort doth order, that there be a meeteing
               on Satterday next at the house of the abouesd Samuell King to take
               his accoumpt And to secure the Childrens part of the estate of theire
               father: &c
