The deposition of Dauid fillips aged 53 years or thear abouts
sworne Saith that he wase to make Mr Louely and his soninlaw flue
tune of Caske which Roger Ladimoore and Mr Louely agread to-
gather that Rog: Ladimoore would make the said Caske and Relese
me of my former bargen but when Ladimoore shuld finiesh the the
sd Caske I Cannott tell and further saith not

On folio 79 Tobias Wells begins his regular court minutes, which are in fact a
continuation of prior court minutes made during the nonproprietary government of
Feudall. Wells was reappointed in November, 1660\ by the proprietary governor.
