         Liber B    they expecte to haue grants of any the Lands soe by thm Claimed
               wthin this his Lops Province of Mariland And in Particular, That
               hereafter there shall be noe Land granted to or for or in respecte of
               any pson or psons whatsoeü, who shall not wthin one Moneth next
               after his or their Ariuall into this Province make demand of the
               Land soe due to thm, & Take the oath of Fidelity to the Lord Pro
               prietarie, wth such Alteracon in It As menconed in the Reporte mayd
         [fol. 16]  by the Committy For Trade to his Highnesse the Lord Protecter,
               bearinge date 16th of Septem 1656 & legally pursue the suinge out
               of their grants or Pattents wthin the time in the sd Condicons pre
               scribed as aforesd. Giuen at St Maryes this 13th of Aprill in the 26th
               yeare of his Lops Dominion ouer this Province of Mariland Annocp

               of Eight hundred sixty & fower pounds of good Marchtble virg:
               Tob in Lefe due to be payd to the sd Giles Webb or his Assignes in
               some conuenent place in Chuckatucke by the 20th of oct: next en
