                 tob: by accoumpt and the Plantiue Cannot get the defendant to macke
                 him Satisfaction thearfor hee humbly Craueth order of Court for his
                 sayd debt with Cost and Charge of suit:

                 of his declaration which hee Coold not doe thearupon the Deft humbly
                 Craueth a Nonsuit which was granted It is thearfor ordered that
