             Liber B    charges for mee and in my name to make seale and deliuen and also I
                   doe impower my sayd Atturny to imprison and out of Prison againe
                   to Release Ratifling and by thees Presents houlding flrme and Stabell
                   all whatsoeuer my sayd Atturney shall lawfully doe or Cause to bee
                   done in and About the Premisses to bee as effectuall as if I my self

                   George harris is Defendant:
                     The Piantiue declaers against the defendant in an action of debt
                   upon accoumpt and demands that the defendant forthwith Pay and
                   Satisfie unto the Plantiue for the use of his Atturney the sum of
                   six hundered eighty six pounds of good sound Marchantable tobacco
                   which is dew unto the P!antiues Atturney from the debt which bath
                   bine demanded and is not yet satisfied whearupon the Plantiue brings
                   his Action and humbly Cranes Judgment of this Court with Cost of
                   suit
