                   to the 585 lb of tobacco by bill which as yet Remayneth unsatis-
                   fied The Praemisses Considered the Plantiue humbly Craueth order
                   of Court for his sayd debt with Cost and Charge of suit:
                    This bill bindeth mee Edward ming my heirs executors Adminis-
                   trators or Assignes to pay or caus to bee payd unto Edmond Lendsey
                   his heirs executors Administrators or Assignes the full sum of flue
