    as shee is hear Ready to proue by her euidences was alltogether de-
    bared from making any other Contract with him as by the sayd Act
    Clearly doath appear the Plantiue thear for humbly Craueth order of
    Court for her freedom with Cost and Charge of suit: by Reason that
    an Act of Assembly Prohibiteth Peopels passage whean thay are not
