     bounding on the North with a line drawne west from the sayd oake Liber B
     for the lenght of too hundened perches to a marked oake standing on
     the hills on the west with a line drawne south from the end of the
     formar line untill it intercect a parrarell line dnawne from Walkers
     Run on the south with the sayd Rune Containing too hundered acres
     more or lesse together with all profits rights and benefits thearunto
     belonging Royall mines excepted to haue and to hould the same unto
     him the sayd James Walker his heirs and assignes for euer to bee
     holden of us and own heirs as of own mannor of west St Maries in
     free and Common Soccage by fealty only for all saruices yealding
     and paying theanfom yearly to us and owr heirs at own Receipt at St [p. 114]

     tiation of own Blessed Virgin Mary and at the feast of St Michell
     the Archangell by euen and equall Portions the rent of four shillings
     starling in silluer or gold or the full valew thearof in such Commodi
     ties as wee and own heirs or such officer on officers appoynted by us
     or own heirs from time to time to Colect and Receaue the same shall
     accept in discharge thearof at the Choyce of us and own heirs or such
     officer or officers as aforsayd Giuen at St Maries under own Great
     seale of own sayd Prouince of Mariland the seauenteenth day of
     August in the seauen and twentith year of owr dominion ouer the
     sayd Prouince of Mariland Aoq Domini 1658 witnes own trusty and
