    holden of us and own heirs as of own Mannor of Caluerton in free
    and Common soccage by fealty onely for all seruices yealding and

    Maries at the too most usuall feast in the yeare viz at the feast of the
    annuntiation of the blessed virgin Mary and at the feast of St Michel
    the Archangell by euen and Equal Portions the rent of six shilling
