The humble Address of the House of Delegates.

In Answer to your Message of the eleventh Instant, we assure your

before us, consider of some Method to reimburse your Excellency

We hope, the Bill now in the Upper House, will immediately be

ernor was pleased to signify he would receive the Address in an
Hour's Time in the Conference Chamber.
Ordered, That Philip Hammond, Esq; and M.r John Golds-
borough, do present the Address to his Excellency.
