M.r Crabb and M.r Beall appeared in the House.
On reading and considering the Message from the Upper House
of the 4th Instant, brought down with the Journal of Accounts, the
Question was put, Whether this House will agree to make the usual
Allowance to the Clerk of the Council, as by the said Message is
proposed, or Not Resolved in the Affirmative.
