We are too deeply Sensible of the distresses of our Frontier
Inhabitants and the dangers which threaten his Majestys American
dominions in General and too much concerned at the heavy Publick
debt which daily Increases by our Siting here to Spend our Time
in a Method of Proceeding we conceive beneath the dignity and
