Read the Petition of the Vestry and Church Wardens of All
Faiths Parish in St Marys County Praying that the Tobacco which
has been Collected and paid to the Sheriff of the said County for
that part of the said Parish which is now Extraparochial may be
taken out of the hands of the Sheriff and paid to the Petitioners
The Petition of the Freeholders and Freemen of all S :ts Parish in
Frederick County Praying a Division of the said Parish after the
death of the present Incumbent [see Appendix, pages 669-73]. The
Petition of James Douglass of Caecil County Praying a Bill to Cutt
off the Entail of Vulcans Rest The Petition of Sundry the In-
habitants of Charles County Praying a Law may be made to oblige
their Creditors to take Bond with a Moderate Interest for the Pay-
ment of their Debts. The af.d Petitions are Rejected

Adjourned till three of the Clock in the Afternoon
