Hands and Seals of Master John Paca Master Walter Tolly and
Master Daniel Preston all of Baltimore County Gentlemen or under
the hands and Seals of any two of them to be the same two hun-
dred and forty nine Acres part of the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of
Land called the Isles of Capere in Lieu of the aforesaid two hun-
dred and forty nine Acres part of the aforesaid Tract of Land called
Harborough and Cause the same to be recorded in the records of
Baltimore County on or before the first day of March which shall
be in the year one thousand seven hundred and fifty six and the same
shall and is hereby declared and enacted to be a good and Sufficient
Record in Law to distinguish with the said two hundred and forty

nine acres any Law Statute usuage or Custom to the Contrary in
any Wise Notwithstanding and in case he the said John Greniff
Howard shall neglect to cause such Survey to be made and a Certi-
ficate and Declaration to be entered of Record at or before the first
day of March in the Year one thousand seven hundred and fifty
six aforesaid as herein before directed that then in such Case the
said two hundred and forty nine Acres Part of Harborough shall
be and is hereby Vested in Free Tail According to the Will of the
said John Greniff and According to the true Intent and meaning of
this act Saving to his most sacred Majesty his heirs and Successors
the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary his heirs and Successors
and all Bodies Politick and Corporate and all others not mentioned
in this Act their Several and Respective Rights.
