An Engrossed Bill from the Lower house by Mess.^rs Stoddart &
Tolly Entituled an Act to impower John Greeniff Howard of Balti-
more County Planter to dock the Entail of 249 acres of Land part of
a Tract of Land called Harborough lying in Ann Arundel County
and to Sell and Convey the Same in fee Simple and to Entail Other
Lands of Equal Value in lieu thereof thus Subscribed

Read the second time the Bill Entituled an Act for raising two

The Several Paper Bills the Originals whereof have passed both
houses this Session are Sent to the Lower house by Benedict Cal-
