     both Sides the Complts Bill and Replication the defendants ansr (fol. 51)
     and proofs in the said Cause taken being all Read and by this Court
     viewed, and Seriously Considered, together with what could be
     alledged on either Side this Court was all Clearly Satisfied that
     the Release in the def.ts Answers, in Barr pleaded was not a Sufficient
     discharge of the defend.ts against the Complt but that the def.t
     ought to pay to the Complt the Twenty thousand pounds of Tobacco
