     Christopher Rousby p.lt The p.lt haveing put in Exceptions to the Liber CD
           & defend.ts Answ.r It is Ordered that the def.t
     John Pearce defend.t shall have time to mend his Answers till the
     next Court and in the mean time the Injunction formerly Granted p.28
      in this Cause is Continued (fol. 35)

     Jn.° Long merch.t p.lt It was ailedged by the p.lts Attorney that
           & the p.lt haveing Examined all his Wittnesses
      Eliz.a Stocey & and the Cause being Ready for publication
      William Baker def.ts and so to proceed to hearing one Henry
      Bonner hath Since married the Said Eliz.a whereby the Said Suit
      abated, Whereupon the p.lt Exhibited a Bill of Revisor against the
      Said Henry Bonner and his wife and he being accordingly Served
      with a Subpoena Returnable this Court, and Showing no Cause to
      the Contrary why the Said former Suit and all the pceedings there
      upon Should not stand Revived and in as Good plight as they were
      before the Said Intermarriage, this Court hath Ordered that the
      Same do Stand Revived, And that publication do Imediately pass,
      and the p.lt proceed to hearing next Court.

      John Robinson p.lt The defend.ts have put in their Severall An-
          & swers to the p.lts Bill, and the parties by Consent
      Benj.a Rozeri def.ts were willing to Come to hearing upon Bill and
      Tho.8 Sprigg Answer but being alledged by the p.lts Attorney
      that he could not come to Judgm.t till Such time as one wittness were
      Examined, It is Ordered that the p.lt procure that Wittness to be
      Examined before the next Court at which time publication to pass,
      and the p.lt put down his Cause to be heard if he thinks fitt.

     John Halfhead pl.t It is Ordered that publication do forthwith
           & pass and that the p.lt bring his Cause to hearing
     Joseph Edioe def.t next Court

     Joseph Edloe p.lt The def.t haveing put in his Answer to the
           & p.lts Bill, It is Ord.d that the p.lt this Court doe
     Jn° Half head def. Reply or Except. to the Same
      Tho.s ffisher adm.r Rich.d    .
                         The plantiff haveing Replyed, It is
     Atkins deceased plt Ordered that the defendant Rejoyne this

     Richard Keene def.

      John Bailey p.lt The p.lt hath Replyed to the defendant's Ans.T
          & & hath taken out a Subpcena ag.t the def.t to
      James Neale def.t Rejoyn and Joyn in Comicön Serveing of the
      Sp.a pved by John Elwin by delivering it to m.sr Neale wife of the
