Decemb.r Anno. 1668of three hundred acres of Land Lying Scitu
ate & being atNanjemy in the Co.ty of Charles Co.tY Commonly
known & Called by thename of Woodberries Harbo.r To be held of
Zachiah manno.rpaying therefore yearly unto the Right Hon.ble
the Lord Prop.ry ofthis province or his heirs the Sum of Six
Shillings Sterling pAnnum or the Value thereof in Such Goods &
Commodities as theReceiv.r or Collecto.r appointed by the Lord
Prop.ry or his heirsShall accept in discharge thereof as doth appear
by a PatentRemaining upon the Records of this Province in the
Secry office thereofGranted to James Lee bearing date the 9.th of
Octr 1667 to w.ch SaidTract of Land We the Jurors of the sd Jury
find to be Confirmed tothe Said John Hitchinson by morgan Jones
by a Certain Indenturebearing date y.e 10.th day of June A.° 1667 &
