               Lands & Tenem.ts are of value by the year in all issues and at what

               age the heir is and who those Lands & Tenem.ts from the time of the
               Death of the Said John Leget have or do Occupy and the issues or

               Inquisition thereof distinctly and openly made to us in our Chancery
