The Governor is pleased to communicate to this house his Answer
to the Address of this house which is as follows
Gentlemen of the Upper house of Assembly
I am extremely obliged, by the Satisfaction you are Pleased to
Shew, at the honour his Majesty has been pleased to Confer on me ;
by Your Assurance of enabling me to the utmost of Your Power to
Answer his Majestys Expectations from me and by the earnest
wishes you Express for my Success in the Important undertaking
