Messrs Buchanan and Tolley from the Lower house attend with
M.r Paca a Member Ellected for Baltimore County in order to See
him Qualified who takes the Several Oaths to the Government
required by Law Repeats & Subscribes the Abjuration and Test and
then withdraws
Adjourned till 3 of the Clock in the Afternoon
