The House met according to Adjournment, &c.
The Bill intituled, An Act for his Majesty's Service; was read the
second Time and will pass, and was sent to the Upper House by
Mr. C. Goldsborough, and Mr. Handy.
The House adjourns till Monday Morning at 9 of the Clock.

Monday, May 20, 1754.
The House met according to Adjournment: The Members were
called and all appeared as on Saturday. The Proceedings were read.
On motion, Leave given, to bring in a Bill, To make it Penal to
forge or counterfeit the Bills of Credit of Pennsylvania, New- York,
Jerseys, and the Three Lower Counties on Delaware-Bay, or tender
the same in Payment, within this Province, knowing them to be
such: Ordered, That the Committee of Laws do prepare and bring
in a Bill accordingly.
On motion, Leave given, to bring in a Bill, For the Adjournment
of the Provincial Court: Ordered, That the Committee of laws do
prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.
The House adjourns till 2 of the Clock.
