Case of small Debts. Provided always, That such Prosecutions be
commenced within One Year after the Offence committed.
And be it further Enacted, by the Authority aforesaid, That no

Officer or Officers, hereafter mentioned in this present Act, their
Ministers, Servants or Deputies, by Reason or Colour of his or their
Office or Offices, shall have, receive, or take, of any Person or
Persons, directly or indirectly, any other or greater Fees which shall
arise or become due, after the last Day of November, in the Year
One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Three, than by this Act
are hereafter limited and allowed to the several Officers hereafter
mentioned: That is to say ;

Seal of an Audita Querela, 90
Seal to Execution of a Decree in Chancery, 120
