Were severally read and assented to, and were sent to the Upper
House, with the Paper Bills, by Col. Harrison and Mr. Rasin.
Major Hall, from the Committee of Laws, delivers to Mr. Speaker
an Address to the Governor, which was read, approved, and ordered
to be ingrossed.
The House proceeded to tax the following private Bills, viz.

of a Tract of Land called Charley, now lying in Charles and Prince-
