On motion, That the Bill intituled, An Act for the better Preser-
vation of the Breed of wild Deer, and preventing unlawful Hunting,
and firing the Woods, be referred for Consideration of the next
Assembly;
Resolved that the same be referred accordingly.
Which Bill was accordingly indorsed, " referred to the Considera-
tion of next Assembly."
Major Hall from the Committee of Laws, delivers to Mr. Speaker
an ingrossed Bill intituled, An Act for amending the Staple of
Tobacco, &c. which was read and assented to, and sent to the Upper
House, with the Paper Bill thereof, by Daniel Dulany, Esq: and
Col. Harrison.
Daniel Dulany, Esq; from the Committee of Laws, delivers to
Mr. Speaker a Bill intituled, An Act to enable the Justices of
Frederick County, for the Time being, to levy on the taxable In-
