The House met according to Adjournment, &c.
On Reading the second Time the Bill intituled, An Act for grant-
ing Fees to the several Justices of the County Courts, and for
repealing that Part of the Act of Assembly which grants an Allow-
ance of 8o lbs. of Tobacco per Day to the said Justices, the Ques-
tion was put, Whether such Part of the Bill as repeals Part of the
Act intituled, An Act for granting Fees to the several Justices of the
County Courts, &c. be struck out, and that the several Fees men-
tioned in the said Bill, be applied to the County Use, or Not?
Resolved in the Negative.

The Question was put, Whether the Quantity of 2000 lbs. or
