Recovery of Small Debts Out of Court before a Single Justice of
the Peace and the Bill Entituled an Act for the Tryal of all matters
of fact in the Several Counties where they have arisen or shall
arise, and will not pass. Sent to the Lower house by Col Tasker.
Read the Second time the Bill Entituled an Act impowering the
Justices of the County Courts within this Province to lay and assess
on the Taxable Inhabitants of their Counties such necessary charges
as have arisen or shall arise on Special Commissions of Oyer and
Terminer and Goal delivery for their said Counties and will Pass
Provided the Same Allowances be made to the Judges Prosecutor
Officers Witnesses and Jurors as are made to the same Persons
attending the Provincial Court; Sent to the Lower house by Benedict

rency Office in the Room of Richard Lee Esq.r heretofore named
for that purpose the Sickness of whose family has obliged him to
be absent for some time this Session
