86 Provincial Court Proceedings, 1663. Liber B B Ordered That the sd sheriffs bee accomptable to the Ld Proprietary & others, for the sd seauen hundd & Ten pownds of Tob, And that they bee left to their Remedy agst Willm Ellyote deft, in accOn of Trouer & Conuersion, or any other Lawfull way.
