ize to giue acquittances & discharges in my name, & on my behalfe to
any prson or prsons whatsoeur tht haue payd their iust dues, And one
Attorney or more under himselfe to make, & them againe att his att
his pleasure to reuoake, And generally to Act & doe Euery thing &
things whatsoeur in & about the prmises in as full ample & large man

soeur. Moreouer I doe hereby ratify & confirme whatsoeu' my
Attorney shall happen to doe in & about the prmises or shall cause

out of the Estate of Samuel Smith, And hee shall as in duty bownd
pray.

Appeared before mee Salomon Zachary Notary Publicus admitted
by the Rt hond Gour & Councell, Lyuing att Amsterdam in the New
Neatherlands & fore the hereafter named Wittnesses ffrederick Gis

constituted & appoynted his louing ffreind Mr Joseph Swett of Boston
