              Liber F F The sd Robert Hendley being not prsent in Cort to defend him
                     self e herein it is therefore Ordered by the Gouernor & Councell that
                     the Commrs of the County Court next held in Charles County doe
                     take the petrs Complaint into theire Consideracons and grant him
                     releife therein according to the merritts & deserts thereof

                       The humble petn of Hannah Price Sheweth
                       That through a long & hard durance of Imprisonmt that necessary
                     Clothing both of woollen and linnin appare!l yor petT had is now
                     worne out soe that yor petr is in great disstress of Releife herein
                       Yor petr therefore humbly prayes this Honble Board to cause her
                     to be brought to a speedy tryall whereby she may know her speedy
                     determinacon; if a longer restraint yor Honnors would be pleased to
                     make some Prouision for yor petrs necessity as to yor Honnors Graue
                     Wisdomes shall seem meet And yor petr (as in duty bound) shall
                     pray &c:
                       Ordered that the sherriffe of Charles County doe forthwth Leauy
                     by way of Execucon (by uertue of this Ordr) soe much out of the
                     Estate of William Price the petT8 husband as shall purchase or pro
                     cure sufficient C!oathing and other apparell what else that shall
                     be fitting and necessary for the said Hannah Price during her re
                     straint or imprisonmt

                       Ordered that Capt Luke Gardner be sattisfyed for 3 dayes in goe
                     ing & coming to this Prouinciat Court as allsoe for attendance by
                     Mr Tho: Nottley in Causo inter ditto Nottley and Haywood, in all
                     90lb tobaccoe

                       This Indenture made the second day of Jan: 1665 Between Samuell
                     Reape of Brittons Bay in the County of St Marys shipwright on the
                [p 187]  one party and Peter Mills of the same place and Carpenter on the
                     other party Wittneseth that the said Samuell Reape hath for the
                     sume of Eight thowsand pounds of tobaccoe & Caske to him in hand
                     paid before the signing and sealing of these prsents hath giuen granted
                     Confirmed remised released Bargained sould assigned & for euer sett
                     ouer unto the said Peter Mills his heires or Assignes a parcell of
                     land lying scituated & being upon Bennitts Creeke in Brittons Bay
                     in the County of St Marys aforesaid formerly in the tenure & Occu
                     pation of Wm Whittle & from the sd Whittle assigned to Wm Young
                     and from the said Young assigned to Thomas Bennitt & from the
                     said Bennitt assigned to the aforesaid Samuell Reape Together with
                     all howses Orchards Gardens messuages & tenements and all other
                     emoluments and heriditaments belonging or in any wise appertayn
                     ing to the said land being by Estemacon ffiffty acres or thereabouts
