      due for sundry goods brought or receaued from the plf, & denyeth Liber F F
      the remainder of the Acct, And the plf not pnouing any part of the sd

        It is Ordered tht the plf haue Judgmt for the sd sume of one Thowsd
      nine hundd ffowrty six pownds of Tob. wth Costs of suite.
        The plf prefers his Bill of Charges Vizt.

        Writt Execüon issued agst the estate of Manmaduke Snow, for
      2546£ Tob. according to the foresd order, To the sheriffe of St Maries
      County.

        Ordered That Thomas Clark find security to bee Bownd him
      tht bee shall not misbehaue himself e: & soe to Continue from Count
      to Count untill the next Prouinciall Count, And in Case bee find noe
      such security, Then to remaine in the sheriffs Custody.

      To the Honble the Leiut Grail & Councell.
        The humble Petn of Thomas Sprigge sheweth/That by uentue of [p. 98]
      a warrt to yor Petr directed to search sease & keepe in my Custody
      such goods of John Balleys as he should direct mee unto or should
      come to my sight or knowledge, That were taken out of his & Ray
      mond Stapieforts howse, wch was executed by yor Petr hee being then
      High Sheriffe of Caluert County, Now his humble request is that
      hee may bee discharged of the goods not knowing to whom bee
      may lawfully & safely deliuer them. Humbly requesting the Judgrnt
      of the Court herein, & bee shall pray &c:
        Ordered tht Those goods in Mr Spriggs hand bee deliuened into
      Mr Charles Brooks hand, & there to remaine in his Custody untill
      John Bailey & Raymond Staplefort doe both appeare together att the
      next Prouinciall Count, Each of them to shew their respectiue right
      & tytle thereto.

      John Sicks plf The plfs Petn read. The deft putts in his an-
      Rich: Smyth deft swere (Vizt) My proceedings hath beene ac
      cording to Law & Equity. The matter declared agst mee is false &
      utterly denyed. The plf owneth Willm Caluert Esq his Attorney in
      this Cause.
        Barnaby Edlow sworne sayth, That Mr Smyth in this Deponts
