                     Capt Willm Boareman plf Vppon Reading the plfs Petn The Deft
                     Marmaduke Snowe deft Craues a Reference ‘till next Prouinciall
                     Court, wch was graunted.

                     To the honble the Gour & Councell of the High Court of Chancery in
                        Maryland.
                      The answere of Willm Price deft agst Willm Hollingworth
                     Complaynt.
                      That hee knows there were dealings betweene his wife & the Corn
                     playnt That to the best of his knowledge hee neuer saw any such
                     specialty of Three Thowsd Three hundd & seauen pownds of Tob. as
                     the Complt sayth hee had under his Wifes hand. That hee neuer had
                     any fraudulent Intent to wrong the Complaynt but is & shall bee
                     ready to defray his Debt to the Compit (if any) That as soone as his
                     Wife Hannah Price hath putt in her answere, Hee will come to issue
                     wth the Complaynt wthout any further trouble. Wit? Price/
                      The answere uppon Oath of Mrs Price to the Bill of Chancery of
                     Mr Hollingworth is
                      That shee has had att seuerall times diners goods, & has aliso diuers
                     times payd & ordered him pay for Tobaccos, But how much or what
                     quantity has bin payd him shee cannot tell, But Willm Price who kept
                     all my Accounts must cleere it, for I can sweare noe more
                      Sworne before us this     of     Thomas Mathews
                        July 1665                 Willm  Marshall

                [p.82] In this Cause betwene Mr Willm Hollingworth, & Willm Price, the
                     Attorney of Mr Hollingworth alleaging tht is not according what the
                     Complaynt exspects in his Declarãon or Complaynt in Chancery.
                      Considered, The Chancery being open, Mr Hollingworth may att
                     any time putt in his Replicãon betweene this & the next Prou: Court.
