     tachmt issueing from the Court houlden for Charles County aforesd Liber F F
     att the suite of John Neuell bearing date the 11th day of March
     which was in the yeare of Our Lord 1664 did the 17th day of March
     aforesaid by the said attachmt dispose of Certaine Goods of yor petrs
     much exceeding one fourth part ouer and aboue the uallue of the
     Debt supposed to be due unto the said John Neuill to yor petrs losse
     and damage of twenty thowsand pounds of tobacco & Contrary to
     the before recited Act of Assembly by wch accon hath accrued to yor
     petr to require and haue of the said sherriffe his damage aforesaid.
       May it therefore please yor Honnors to Considr the prmisses and
     grant yot petr ordr of this Court agst the said sherriffe for his dath
     ages aforesd his Costs, And shall pray &c

       The humble petn of John Six Sheweth
       That yor petr being endebted to Mr Richard Smyth twelue hun
     dred and sixty pounds of tobacco, the sd Smyth Obtained Ordr agst
     yot petr for the said debt att a Court held in Caluert County Where
     uppon yor Pete uppon the said Ordr (according to Mr Smyths agreemt
     direction and appointmt as hee shall make appeare to this Honble uide accon
     Board) did marke for the said Smyth Two hhds of tobaccoe and fo:42 but
     tendred them for his use giuing wthall notice to the said Smyth both the petn lett fall'n
     of the marke and tender of the same—Which notwthstanding the
     said Smyth tooke out Execucon agst yor petrs Body Contrary to the
     aforesd agreemt detayning him in the sherriffs Custody agst all Jus
     tice and Equity to his greate damage in soe much that yor petr is
     dampnifyed by reason of the said Smyths unjust proceedings herein
     to the uallue of 10000lb tob:
       And hereupon bringeth his accon and prayeth Judgmt for his soe
     long imprisonmt wth damage agst the said Smyth—And yot petr shall
     pray &c.

       These ptsents wittnesseth that I Alexandr Magrowder of the
     County of Caluert in the Prouince of Maryland Doe hereby Assigne
     or make ouer from mee & my heires or Administrators unto Edmund
     Hinchman (of the aforesaid County) or his heires or Administra
     tors or Assignes for Euer a Certifficate of the suruey of Two hun
     dred acres of land wth all priuiledges thereunto belonging lying in the
     woods on the north side of Petuxent riuer bounding on the head
     of the land taken up by Woodman Stoakely on the one side: and on
