        And further Ordered that the said William Price doe put in his An

        swere to the said bill tomorrow morning—

        The Court adjourns till 9 of the Clock tomorrow morning

     Mett on March  the 3d The Chancellor & deputy Leiutennt, Mr Henry

       Cowrsey and Coll: Willm Euans—

       William Price deliuers into Court his answere to the Bill in Chan
     cery agst him preferr'd by Wm Hollingworth according to the Order
     that yesterday past, as followeth
     To the honnoble the Gouernor and Councell of the High Court of
        Chancery of Maryland
       The Answere of Wm Price Defendt agst William Hollingworth
     Complainant
       That he knowes there was dealings betweene his wife and the
     Lomplainant.
       That to the best of his knowledge he neuer saw any such specialty
     of three thowsand three hundred and seauen pflds of tobacco as the
     Complainant saith he had undr his wifes hand
       That he neuer had any fraudulent Intent to wrong the Complain
     ant But is & shall be ready to defray his debt to the Complaint (if
     any due)
       That as soone as his wife Hannah Price hath put in her Answere
     He will Come to issue wth the Complaynt without any further
     trouble—                         William Price
       Ordered this Cause be respited till next Prouinall Court, then the
     said Hannah her Answere to the said Bill to be put in as by the Ordr
     abouemenconed
     John Gittings the Atturney The ptt sues as in petn 448, the deft [p. 485]
       of Thomas Browne ptt by his Atturney denyes that he hath
     Barnaby Jackson the Atturney any assits in his handes of Robert
       of Robert Peyton deft Peytons, and thereupon throwes up
     his letter of Atturney before the Board, relinquishing his said Attur

       neyshipe—the ptt by his Atturney then Craues attachmt agst the Estate

       of the said Robert Peyton, which was by the Board Granted—

       Mr Thomas Dent High sherriffe of st Marys County and Daniel
     Jenifer Clke of the Prouinciall Court desires this Honnoble Board
     to Order how and by whome the ffees due to the said Dent and
     Jenifer must be sattisfyed, in that suite lately depending betweene
     William Hollingworth and Thomas Wynne—
       Ordered that each prson soe imploying the saide sherriffe and Clke
     shall sattisfye, what charge soe by them seuerally made—
