               Liber B B John Holmwood Called to answere the Grand Jury theire In
                      ditemt agst him as in folio 386, hee desires those depositiones in folio
                      456 may be read; after which the Board told him that they doe not
                      accuse him for the death of his serut, but that he did not fuhlfill the
                      law by a Causing a Jury of Inquest to ueiw the Corps, whereuppon
                      he deliuers in his Answere in writeing on the back side of the
                      Inditmt
                       And the said John Holmewood defendeth himsel fe and saith that
                      he did send to the next Commr to informe him of the death of his
                      said seruant, and that the said Commr did refuse to impannell any
                      Jury to enquire of the death of his said serut, and for as much as
                      Concernes his not appearing before the Commts of Anne Arundelh
                      County he understandeth not that his Lop will be thereof Answered,
                      because he was at the day by the said Commrs appointed for his ap
                      pearance in An Arundebh County summoned by his lOps writt as a
                      member of the last Assembly and did there appeare and uppon this
                      he Joyneth issue &.
