Charge and Cost of suite being 212 to the Clke of County Court 930
to himselfe, and Judiciall Charges att the Prouinall Court being 387th
in all 1529lb tob :—

To the honnoble the Gouernor & Councell In Prouinall Court
Assembled—
The humble petn of Robt Williams Sheweth
That yor petr hath had Six Seruants One Chest Wth two Barrills
shipped on board the Baltemore John Dunch Corhandr which Ser
uants and Goodes were shipped in England by M” Robt Townesend
& Consigned to yor petr and the passages for the Seruants and the
freight for the Goodes there paid, Wherefore yor petr humbly Craues
Order of this honoblee Court for the said Goodes and Seruants amount
ing unto two hundred poundes Sterling damages & Cost of suite
And yor pet” shall pray
Forasmuch as Henry Scarburgh hauing preferr'd a petn to the
Rigt Honoble the Lord Proprietary of this prouince wherein amongst
other thinges doth alleadge that John Bateman late of this prouince
dyed indebted to the said Scarburgh in greate sumes of money he
the said John Bateman hauing left a Considerable Estate to sattisfye
wthall but as he pretends Mary Bateman Relict and Executrix of the
