                   oaths, & the best of our knowledge & skill, That the Dead Body that
                   is cast ashoare att west St Maries is the Body of John ffurnifeild, &
                   tht hee came by his Death accidentally.

                   John Horne accon Case to the releas of Ten Thowsd pownds of Tob.
                     Warrt to the sheriffe Caluert County to arrest &c: Ret. next Pro
                   uinciall Court to bee holden &c: 8° Septembr next.

          Vid. fol. 25° Cecilius &c: To the sherriffe of St Maries County Greeting. Know
                   yee that Elionor Martyn, who was the Wife of ffrancis Martyn of
                   St Hieroms in the County of St Maries, Came into Our Prouinciall
                   Court & Petitioned agst Patience Martyn the Widow of Wiltm
                   Martyn, heyre to ffrancis Martyn, all of st Hieroms in the County
                   of St Maries, To haue the Third part of Two hundd Acres of Land,
                   Lying & being in St Hieroms aforesd of wch the sd ffrancis dyed
                   seize(l, To bee assigned her as her Dower & to bee possessed of the
                   Rernaynder of the sd Land, in Right of her sonne Lodowicke Martyn,
                   heyre att Law to his eldest Brother Willm Martyn aforesd. The sd
                   Patience Martyn came & produced a Will in wryting Proued in our
                   office for Probate of Wills & Testamts & Graunting Admistraons,
                   whereby the sd Willm Martin the sd Land to him from his ffather
                   ffrancis Martyn descended to the sd Patience & Margarett Martha
                   & Dorothy Needham her Children had deuised. Wherefore itt was
                   Considered by the Court That the aforesd Elionor ought to recouer
                   the Thirds of all the Lands wch descended from the sd ffrancis to the
                    Willm Martyn, And therefore Wee Command yow That yow cause
                   full posses” & seisein of the abouesd third part by Elionor aforesd
                   agst the sd Patience demanded to bee gyuen to the sd Elionor. Wttnes
                   our Deare Brother Philip Caluert Esp Our Chancelor of Our sd
                   Prouince this 21th day of January 1662. Philip Caluert.

                     Capt Nicholas & Mr John Vanhack I doe hereby impower one or
                   both of you to sweare the Jury that shall bee impannelled for the
                   Diuision of this Land. Gyuen under my hand this 24th of January
