Court should to this Court send the reasons of the setting if ree the
said Jone Niccolgutt but noe such reasons sent—
It is now againe Ordered that the Commrs of Caluert County Court
which were then ptsent in Court att the setting ff ree of Jone Niccul
gutt then Seruant to Cuthbert ifenwick Doe informe this Court of ulde petn
the whole proceedings therein att the next Prouinciall Court to be 283 330
held on the first twesday in December next and giue the reasons of
the soe setting ffree the said Jone Niccolgutt and that she doe allsoe
then appeare to make her defence therein.
Further Ordered that the pit. giue this Order unto the Sherriffe
and that the said sherriffe of that County deliuer it unto the aboue
