      Willm Euans ifeoffee in  trust by  The plf declareth tht the dëfts
       John Greenwell plf.     husband, & the plf were left Joynt
      Agatha the Relict ofCapt ifeoffees in trust by John Green
       James Langworth deft,        well Deceased, That the dëfts hus
      band did in his life time transport out of this County Seuerall hows
      hold goods & writings belonging to the Estate of the foresd Greenwell,
      The wch goods were not appraysed, neyther was there euer any ac
      count thereof gyuen unto the plf; Though the plf did seuerall times
      send to the deft a noate of particulars to request her to send the goods
      & writings into this County, The wch the deft hath not yett performed
      The plf therefore humbly Craueth order of this honble Court, tht the
      deft may bee compelled to deliuer the foresd goods & writings unto
      the plf in some Convenient place in this County, & pay Costs of suitc,
      & the plf as in duty bownd shall pray &c:

       Wee the Jurors of Enquest being impanelled to search the body of
      Thomas Teedsteed supposed to haue murthered himselfe doe find a
      wound on his Throate, wch wee conclude to bee the immediate cause
      of his Death. And wee further Conclude tht in all probabilities & by
      circumstances made appeare unto us, tht hee the sd Thomas Teedsteed
      gaue himself e the sd wound & soee wee the sd Jurors doe wth one Con
      sent giue in our Verdict this Seauenteenth day of Nouembr 1663
       Wherefore wee the Jurors of Enquest doe indict the sd Thomas
      Teedsteed, hee not hauing the feare of god before his Eyes for
      feloniously & willfully murthering of himself e Ri: Wells.
