That the said Treasurer pay to Alexander Contee Hanson Esqr
thirty pounds of the same Emission on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Brice T. B Worthington Esqr one
hundred and fifty six pounds, fifteen shillings and nine pence and
also Thomas Beatty three hundred and ten pounds, two shillings
and five pence of the same Emission due on Certificates issued agree-
able to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Orme fourteen pounds,
sixteen shillings and eight pence of the same Emission to be deliv-
ered over to John Letman due him per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Buckler nine pounds,
eight shillings and four pence of the same Emission for the use of
Walter Buckler due him per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty of the Bills afore-
said to be delivered over to the following persons, nine pounds, thir-
teen shillings and nine pence to James Weakley — seven pounds ten
shillings to Simon Stickle — six pounds to John Parsons — six pounds,
fifteen shillings to Philip Myers eighteen pounds to Henry Clements —
seven pounds to William Dunn — ten pounds six shillings & eight
pence to James Morris — seven pounds, eleven shillings & eight pence
to Adam Eak — six pounds to James Beatty — eleven pounds, ten shil-
lings to John McCave sixteen pounds to Christ. Waggoner, thirty

twenty four pounds, twelve shillings for himself per Accounts &
Certificates adjusted & passed —
Ordered, that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty
of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit
&ca one hundred and fifty nine pounds, fifteen shillings for the use
of Capt John Shellman & his Detachment of Militia, one hundred
and twelve pounds, four shillings and eight pence for the use of
Capt George Burkhartt & his Detachment of Militia, nine pounds,
ten shillings and six pence for Major Jacob Miller & his Detach-
ment, ninety pounds, six shillings and three pence for the use of Capt
John D Carey and his Detachment, one hundred and ninety five
pounds, nine shillings and eight pence for Capt William Miller and
his Detachment and three hundred and nine pounds, five shillings
and one penny for the use of Capt Conrod Dudderow and his Detach-
ment of Militia due them per pay rolls examined and passed. —

[Council to Colo Moses Rawlings.]
Since our Letter to you of the 16th of February, we have not had
the Pleasure to hear from you. Our Demands for Specie still con-
tinue so pressing, we are compelled to request you will not delay a
Moment in coming down and selling your Contract. Orders on Mr
Morris to the Amount of the Contract, will answer our Purpose, who
has, by his Letter of the 23d of Feby, engaged to pay your Draughts.
