That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty four hundred and
ninety pounds, fourteen shillings and one penny of the Same Emis-
sion to be delivered over to the following, Capt. Daniel Sheiler four
hundred and forty one pounds, ten shillings and one penny and to
Capt John Carmack forty nine pounds four shillings — due them per
Certificates issued under the Act to adjust the Debts due from this
State and directed to be paid by a Supplement to the Act to raise the
Supplies &ca —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Stevenson Esquire two
hundred and twenty seven pounds, ten shillings and four pence of
the Same Emission to be delivered over as follows, one hundred and
seven pounds, seven shillings and two pence to William Rasin and
one hundred and twenty pounds, three shillings and two pence to
Colonel William Bordley due them for Certs issued agreeable to the
Act to adjust the Debts &ca directed to be paid by a Supplement to the
Act to raise the supplies &ca —
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Colo James Tootell for the
use of Colo Elijah Robosson and the Militia under his Command
three hundred and Eighty three pounds, seven shillings of the same
Emission and also three pounds like money to be delivered over to
Hugh McGuire per Accounts passed by the Audr Genl. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Joseph Dowsen two hundred
and thirty six pounds, seventeen shillings and four pence of the same
Emission for the use of Capt. Samuel Harvey Howard's Company
of Militia per pay rolls examined and passed by the Auditor
General. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Robert Denny twenty seven
pounds Specie, out of the first that shall be hereafter brought into
the Treasury of the money appropriated to the Officers serving in the
southern Department to [be] delivered over to Capt John Smith and
Major John Lynch each thirteen pounds, ten shillings on Account. —
That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esqr fifteen pounds
of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit
&ca in part of his Salary on Account
